JMO Presents IoT Integrated Solutions at Embedded World 2023

From March 14 to 16, Embedded World 2023 was successfully held in Nuremberg. The exhibition is the top international event for the exchange and trade of embedded system applications, showcasing the latest embedded technology trends and overall developments in the industry for a global professional audience.

At the exhibition, JMO showcased a series of smart displays and devices, as well as many IoT total solutions to global partners, including Snapdragon Solution, Raspberry Pi Solution, Smart Home HMI Solution, Retail Solution, and Automotive Solution.

1. Snapdragon Solution

C6490 Series with Windows IoT
JMO’s C6490 series chipset use Windows to replace the traditional Intel, which not only makes the cost lower, but also has more powerful AI capabilities. JMO’s C6490 series is featured with powerful system performance, multimedia, 5G Sub-6 GHz/ LTE Cat 18, Wi-Fi 6E (2 x 2 MIMO/ 802.11ax), Bluetooth, GNSS. Applications used by JMO with the C6490 series include 13.3" tablets and 10.1" tablets.

2.Raspberry Pi Solution

Our Raspberry Pi products were also in the spotlight during the exhibition, including the CM4 carry board, CM4 whole device (All-in-One Desktop Computer), and DSI Display for Raspberry Pi LCD Touch Screen.

1) CM4 Carry Board—It has a quad core Cortex-A72 CPU, and enough memory (1GB/2GB/4GB/8GB optional) to perform multiple tasks, and also enough eMMC storage (8GB/16GB/32GB optional) to install the operating system.
2) CM4 whole device—All-in-One Desktop Computer Based on Raspberry Pi CM4 (10.1-inch), characterized by integrated optional ZigBee and PoE modules and high-performance Broadcom BCM2711 (RPi 4) application processor. 
3) DSI Touch Display—Featured with Capacitive touch panel, Touch screen function, supporting software control of backlight brightness, and Driver free when used with Raspberry Pi, and support Raspberry Pi OS / Ubuntu / Kali and Retropie. Its sizes include an optional 4.3", 5", 7", and 10.1".

4) Design Partner -- JMO has applied to be Raspberry Pi Design Partner, which allows us to use Powered by Raspberry Pi mark on our product, receives support from Pi engineering team and helps design Raspberry Pi into products.

 

3. Smart Home HMI Solution
JMO has showcased its smart home whole device include Food Processor (5-inch or 7-inch) and Coffee Machine (4.3-inch), featuring multi UI and shows different menu with touch screen. We also presents other Small Round displays are available in alternative 2.1-inch, 1.45-inch, and 1.33-inch sizes.

4. Retail Solution

Super 4: Four-in-One Solution 
The “Super 4” Solution, as the names suggests, is a four-screen display with only one board, characterized with High performance processor, Four screen display, Four-channel interface for external storage, and Low-energy consumption. It can be widely used in retail industry and Cinema TV.

5. Automotive Solution

JMO also presented its smart two-wheel machine such as Motorcycle Navigation Device, which functions in Fault reminder, WIFI full screen navigation, Instrument information display, supporting CAN bus and hard wire and tire pressure monitoring. Its sizes include 4.3-inch, 5-inch, 7-inch and other customizable sizes.

The Raspberry Pi, Snapdragon, Smart Home, Four-in-One Solution and Automotive Display on the show have attracted many visitors to the site, and expressed great interest in taking this opportunity for in-depth cooperation.

 

JMO and Microsoft Windows Share Ideas on IoT Solutions

JMO and Microsoft discussed and exchanged ideas on the application of intelligent products during the exhibition, sharing their experiences and insights. We showed the latest 13.3-inch all-in-one IoT tablet, as well as the company's research findings and technical features, demonstrating our strength and capacity for innovation. The in-depth communication with Microsoft will bring new breakthroughs in the research and application of JMO's smart products.
